1973年　 横浜市生まれ、北海道中標津町育ち
1994年 　北海道総合美術専門学校（現、北海道芸術デザイン専門学校）イラストレーション科　卒業

東京にてカメラマンアシスタント、デザイン会社勤務後、1999年フリーのイラストレーターとして独立。
2008年より北海道札幌市に移転し、イラストレーターとして活動しながら、ペインティング、銅版画などのオリジナル作品を制作する。毎年、東京、大阪、札幌にて個展を開催する他、アートイベントにも積極的に参加。イラストレーターの仕事を一般の人たちに知ってもらうために、フリーペーパー「イララ」を制作発行、現在編集長。
北海道芸術デザイン専門学校 一般課程 非常勤講師。小田啓介銅版画教室主宰。

Born in Yokohama city 1973, raised in Naka-shibetsu, Hokkaido
Graduated from Illustration department in Hokkaido College of Comprehensive Arts (current Hokkaido College of Art & Design)
After he worked as the assistant for a photographer and also worked for a design company in Tokyo, he stood on the illustrator as the freelance in 1999.
Since 2008, He has moved back to Hokkaido, and lived in Sapporo city. While working as the illustrator, he has been active for paintings and copperplate engraving. Every year he has held exhibitions in Tokyo, Osaka, and Sapporo and taken part with various kinds of art events, too. He found the free paper “ILALA” and has worked as the chief editor, which is for advertising illustrators’ works in public.
He is teaching in Hokkaido College of Art & Design and in his copperplate engraving studio, too.

Awards:

Selected in the competition of” picture on book-cover design Vol.9” (organized by Gallery House MAYA).
Awarded Number One“SORA” prize in the popular vote in the fifth exhibition “151artists” (organized by Art Gallery SORA)

Artist’s Comment

気持ちのまま描きたいものを描いています。

銅版画（エッチング）やアクリル画、水彩・油絵など、多様なスタイルや様々な画材を、その時の気分で選び、変幻自在に形を変えることができるのが特徴です。

 

絵をご覧頂く全ての方へ・・・

絵はこういうものだっていう先入観なしに、気楽に絵を観て欲しいです。観覧される方が自由に感想を持って、想像して楽しんでもらえれば何よりです。

 

Ⅰlike to make pictures as just following my heart.

I choose various kind of style and material, etching, acrylic, water color, and oil painting, depends on my feelings in those moments. That is my character as an artists.

 

For the all of audience who love art…..

I hope you can enjoy my works simply and relax without any assumption for painting. I am really happy that you can have free impression and open your imagination though my pictures.
